Accurate Boss Reel Series Servicing

Well folks what can I
say? Linda Hicks, the National Sales Manager for Accurate and I were talking
about Boss maintenance today when she said "BD, Let me send you something."
What she sent was the
slide show they use to teach Boss maintenance. Tweak freaks & Tackle Ho's
you won’t do better than this. Mark and Beth here at Charkbait were
interested in the article so I go them a copy of the presentation. If copied
please give credit where credit is due:
I have to say again, that
I have never been more impressed with a company so willing to listen to its
customers and respond to their needs. They encourage people to call them
with ideas, suggestions, and even complaints. Linda said "How else are we
going to know what people want, fix what's wrong, or improve the design?"
I dont know Linda, but it
makes sense to me.

that they were soon to offer special tools and lubricants.
